Who is eligible to refer a friend?

Anybody can be rewarded for referring to Crimson – You do not have to be a current client, candidate, contractor, or contact within Crimson’s database.

How does the candidate referral process work?

You will receive £250 worth of retail vouchers for every candidate you refer, providing you meet all the following criteria:

  • You recommend a candidate that has not been a ‘permanent candidate’ for Crimson within the last 12 months, nor a ‘contract candidate’ for Crimson within the last six months.
  • Crimson place your friend / the candidate within 12 months of your original referral.
  • The candidate successfully starts work.

When will your vouchers be delivered?

Crimson’s Marketing team will distribute your referral incentive when the candidate has started work.

Vouchers will be purchased for a shop of your choice.
