You must read and agree to all the following terms and conditions to take part in Crimson's Refer A Friend - Candidate Referral Scheme.
Terms & Conditions
- The vouchers will be sent upon the candidate successfully starting work.
- Crimson do not offer monetary alternatives to the retail voucher incentive.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.
- The referrer cannot refer themselves as a candidate.
- The scheme is not available for current Crimson and Harvey Nash Group employees.
- Crimson makes no deduction of payroll tax from the vouchers we present to referrers; any tax liability is the referrer’s own responsibility.
- The referred person has given written consent to their details being passed to Crimson for this scheme prior to the referral act. Upon receipt of the referral, Crimson will contact the referred person to ascertain their legitimate interest in seeking a job, to comply with GDPR legislation May 2018. If the person does not have a legitimate interest, the referral will be void, and the referred person’s contact details will not be added to Crimson’s database.
- The referrer must not be the hiring manager that Crimson is working on behalf of for this vacancy.
- In the event that Crimson is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the requested vouchers, then the referrer will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
- The referrer agrees that Crimson will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of any of the vouchers in this scheme, and that the referrer exercises such vouchers or experiences wholly at their own risk.
- Crimson reserves the right to withdraw this referral scheme if, in our judgement, it is being abused. Crimson also reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Crimson with regards to this offer is final.
